Capoeira for seniors and adults

 
The lessons are divided into three steps: stretching and warming up, basic training and finally the most important part of the training, which includes basic movement including sequences, strengthening the abdomen, arms and legs, acrobatics, as well as teaching singing and playing musical instruments.
The duration of each lesson is 90 minutes.
 
What about you? 
Apart from drinking, comfortable clothes and a good mood, you don't need anything with you.
